Copper Club Restaurant is a warm and inviting atmosphere that compliments a West Coast fusion menu. The perfect place to meet with family, friends or business associates and to enjoy a memorable meal. Our chef has combined his expansive knowledge, expert taste and experience to create delicious, fresh, local and healthy dishes. Our commitment to sustainable and local farming, we serve only Certified Angus Beef from Canadian ranches, and a selection of certified “Ocean Wise” seafood.
Restaurant Hours:
Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 10:30 am, Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am to 9:30 am
Lunch is served Monday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
Dinner is served everyday from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Sunday Brunch is from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm

Copper Club Lounge
Located in an airy Atrium with a vaulted ceiling, overstuffed chairs and original art, you will sit next to our Grand Piano and enjoy live entertainment and dancing every Friday and Saturday night. Open Monday to Thursday and Sundays until 10:00 pm, Friday and Saturday nights open to midnight.
