Sunday Brunch
Our Brunch takes Sundays by storm. The lobby is turned into an oasis of food featuring the usual breakfast suspects such as scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, breakfast sausage, seasoned hash brown potatoes, cold cereals and yogurts, pastries and muffins, eggs Benedict, Cinnamon swirl French toast, buttermilk pancakes and favourites such as personalized omelets and Belgian waffles with your choice of toppings.
It wouldn’t be a true executive brunch without a myriad of lunch items – Executive Chef Michael Bird and his culinary team will tantalize your pallet with a selection of six entrées from the four corners of the world, Alberta roast beef, a taco station with all the trimmings, Sushi Maki rolls, a variety of salads & relishes, as well as a selection of seafood items.
To finish it off, dip your favourite fruit into our decadent chocolate fountain or satisfy your sweet tooth with our assortment of delicious desserts and pies.
